Where Design One works at the meeting point of design and strategy, 3Q is where that thinking meets technology. The name comes from a simple idea: alongside IQ — what you know — and EQ — how you relate — there's a third quotient, the applied one. It's the capacity to turn knowledge and judgement into something that actually works.
Labs is our first focus. It's where we explore what AI can practically do — building, testing and proving ideas inside real projects, rather than talking about them in the abstract. For now that work happens alongside the clients and partners we already know well: deliberately small and close to the work while the ground is still shifting this quickly.
